What are Metal Halide lamps (HQI)?
Metal halide lamps are high pressure lamps high intensity gas discharge. They are much more efficient than fluorescent and incandescent bulbs and have a higher luminous efficiency is approximately a quarter of the energy used by light they produce real (up to 100 lumens per watt) / a much larger proportion of its radiation is light instead of heat compared with other types of bulbs.
