Tropical Freshwater Fish – Mollies and Guppies
There are a variety of freshwater Tropical Fish that can be added to your Fish Tank, but my two favorites are Mollies and fancy guppies. These fish are livebearers meaning that instead of laying eggs give birth to a tiny fish that are actually very easy to breed, even for a novice amateur.
Mollies
Molly is a big fish for a beginner hobbyist. These fish are quite abundant and withstand adversity and conditions so that if you make a mistake can have a good chance to survive. You want to be sure you have at least a 15-gallon tank and has a good heater as these fish, such as temperature between 70 and 82 ° F.
There are two general types of Mollies to choose sailing fin and short finned. Most of what normally is a short finned Mollies – Black Molly and Molly gold dust in your pet store. The fins are much larger sail with a surprising, but are more difficult to care.
Mollies can be fed with regular Flake Food found in the fish stock, but you may want to consider mixing in some Freeze Dried blood worms and even throw in a few black worms for a treat or two. If the tank has not finished yet a large amount of algae will also want to supplement your diet with spirulina flakes.
When keeping Mollies is important to have more women than men. other fish that live well in an aquarium with fishes include the Plecostomus, Swordtails, Angelfish, Corydoras, Catfish, Silver Tip Tetras, Red Black blankets and skirts.
if given the right environment and care Mollies can be five inches long and live to age five.
Fancy guppies
The guppy male fantasy is beautiful with a long tail light comes streaming in a variety of beautiful colors – gold, green, blue, red, black. Women, on the other hand is quite simple from grayish brown. Many people love the rabbit is a freshwater tropical fish tanks and keep several copies of them that actually the most the beauty of their colors as they swim in a school.

Both fishes in guppies will do better if you add a little sea salt to your tank freshwater fish – just one tablespoon per 5 gallons should do. You may be able to keep fish in a tank together, but just be aware that most Mollies can attack the guppies.
