What is a cheap digital camera which can take some abuse?
I am looking for a cheap digital camera which can take some abuse and moisture / water. I fish a lot and I'm looking for one that I can keep in my tackle box. The camera must be resiliant to water, moisture and heat to a certain extent. But I I do not want to blow my budget of $ 100. The camera will be in the box only for the duration of the trip. I'll take out as soon as it arrives on the truck and place at an appropriate place in the house.
I do not know of any in that (or maybe ANY) level of prices that support life in a tackle box unless you are very careful! A better alternative would be a disposable underwater camera film. Value is likely to endure a summer of hot papers, and some do not bother me. Simply there are too many delicate parts in a digital camera that is easily broken or corrode constant moisture.
